Reception Area:

The experience center lobby exudes a sense of grandeur and sophistication, with architectural elements symbolizing nature and growth. The step-like ceiling, reminiscent of a river winding through a forest, evokes the flow of time and energy. The curved wall behind the reception desk suggests expansion and the continuous journey of life. The travertine flooring, with its earthy tones and patterns, symbolizes connection to the earth and soil. Large windows offer ample natural light and views of the landscape, while comfortable seating arrangements and well-placed lighting create inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing. The addition of potted plants brings a touch of nature indoors, further enhancing the overall ambiance of this modern and luxurious space.

Model Area:

The lobby’s circular design draws the eye to the central model display, with a circular chandelier adding a dramatic touch and further emphasizing the circular theme. The ascending staircase, symbolizing growth and progression, leads to another floor. Backwash tiles on the wall provide a clean and minimalist backdrop, allowing the other elements to take center stage. Large windows offer ample natural light and views of the surrounding landscape, while marble flooring adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. Overall, the lobby’s design is visually striking and inspiring, creating a focal point and a captivating space.

Café Bar Ground Floor & 1st Floor:

The linear lighting fixtures, reminiscent of towering trees, create a sense of height and grandeur. The soft, neutral walls and ceiling create a sense of calm and serenity, like the canopy of a forest. The strategically placed greenery adds a touch of nature, further enhancing the connection to the forest theme. The Human hand surrounded by dense greenery is a reminder that we still have time to make our habitat a healthier place to live in.

The bar counter, with its dark Marble finish and sleek lines, resembles a fallen log, while the chandelier above it, with its linear lights, mimics the sunbeams filtering through the forest canopy. The combination of these elements creates a visually striking and inviting space that evokes the tranquility and beauty of the natural world.

The 1st floor café/bar area has been designed to keep it quiet and let the beauty of the Varthur Lake speak for itself. The Monochromatic flooring reminds us that we just have to look up and enjoy the world around us. The entire space was designed with making sure that the design follows the brief of breathtaking landscape, overlooking the scenic Varthur lake.

Board Room:

Inspired by the project name, Prestige RainTree Park, beige travertine marble tabletop with gold metal strips, giving the earthy tone to coexist with natures favourite GREENS.

Public Toilets:

Creating opulent and aesthetically pleasing public restrooms that elevate the experience for users is what was the central point in designing.  the use of glass and mosaics to transform ordinary facilities into luxurious sanctuaries. The shimmering effect of glass and mosaics can create a visually captivating environment, offering a sense of luxury, the reflective nature of glass enhances lighting, making spaces appear brighter and more open, an important feature for often cramped public toilet spaces. Focusing on aesthetics, durability, and user comfort, and the footfall 1520 exquisite abodes set in 18 towers, spanning 21 acres was the key.

Two Model units 0F 4 & 5 Beds:

Designing multi-bedroom Model Units requires a careful balance of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort. There are several key considerations to ensure the space meets the needs of potential buyers.

Efficient Layout: Maximize the use of space by creating an open floor plan where possible, integrating living, dining, and kitchen areas for a more spacious feel.

Style and Aesthetics: Color Scheme: To ensure everyone who walks in to the model unit feels they have a space that they can call home. With use of  neutral colors to appeal to a broad range of tastes, with a bit of bling and earthy tones the option for buyers to feel a sense of belonging.

Lighting: Integrate natural and artificial lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large windows and strategically placed light fixtures can enhance the sense of space.
